It all began in 2005 with the purchase of our very first six-unit building in Verdun. Driven by a true passion for real estate and the desire to build something lasting, we had a simple but strong vision: to create a safe and pleasant environment for our tenants. We grew slowly, with integrity, rigor, and dedication. Every decision and acquisition was made carefully, always aiming to provide excellent service and build a relationship of trust with our tenants. Today, we manage a portfolio of over 500 units spread across more than a dozen buildings throughout the island of Montreal.
Despite our growth, our commitment remains the same: to act with integrity, take care of our buildings, and offer our tenants attentive, reliable, and personalized service.
